secluded escape, some slight hiccups
really good staff room upgrade beautiful pool cool experience
The staff consisting of kai, naad, boom, auva, and jova were really good. i got a room upgrade to a one-bedroom villa. the splash pool with the infinity pool was very beautiful. i appreciated the thai boxing lessons with man, jame, guy, dee, ole and mus. It was a cool experience on the beach.
The boat transfer process was not very well facilitated. This could definitely be improved. the schedule seemed limited. if you have a late check-in, you have to pay extra for your own transfer. i think the hotel could be more flexible with transfers.

The villa offered a private space with a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a functional workspace. air conditioning was effective. It maintained a consistent temperature throughout the day and night. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and provided quality toiletries.

attentive service welcome message fine pool
the staff were very attentive. they took care of everything. i loved the welcome message left on my bed. the pools are fine. i found amazing views. there was plenty of space to relax.
i noticed the gym was good! but the large pool in the middle of the resort meant i was happy to drip dry after? very photogenic though.

the all-inclusive food selection impressed me? there was loads of variety and genuinely delicious options. the pool bar served amazing food and drinks too. it was perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun. but the views were amazing!

Acceptable stay with drawbacks
extra charge unorganized staff
The room was well equipped and comfortable enough.
The resort charged extra to leave on time for my flight even though free transport was advertised. Upon arrival, the staff was unorganized. They only had enough welcome towels and drinks for about half of the arrivals.

The location included a private beach. our villa had a swimming pool. There were also many communal swimming pools. the hotel staff was amazing. balee made my birthday special with his attentiveness.

i enjoyed a thai massage by yok . i recommend asking for yok, as the massage left me feeling relaxed and energized. the spa facilities seemed well-kept..
my luggage sat in the sun for six hours. some of my wife's cosmetics melted, even inside a bag. i also waited 35 minutes for a buggy after dinner..

spacious rooms awesome breakfast great value
The resort integrated well with nature! Rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Restaurants were super good. They offered great value. The nearby village provided good dining options for budget travelers.
The beach area wasn't always cleaned well and some litter was left unremoved. That washed up with the tide
